浅埋软顶综采面矿压规律与支架适应性分析

摘要: 为研究盛鑫煤矿浅埋软弱直接顶综采面的矿压显现规律及现采用支架的适应性,计算得51101综采面老顶初次来压步距和周期来压步距,分析了“短砌体梁”结构的形成与稳定性,知其失稳是浅埋煤层工作面来压剧烈的重要原因。通过在8#、36#、64#、92#和120#支架处布置测站观测记录支架液压值和片冒情况,分析观测数据知:老顶初次来压步距和周期来压步距分别为30.16m、10.72m,与理论值基本吻合;老顶来压时工作面中部和中上部区域液压值较大,两端较小;51101综采面所需支护强度为0.74MPa,ZYG10800/19/38D型掩护式支架支护强度为1.097~1.26MPa,支架选型合理。

Abstract: Aiming to study on strata-pressure behavior and analysis adaptability of support at Sheng-xin Mine 51101 fully mechanized face in shallow seam under soft roof, we derived the theoretical value of the first weighting interval and the periodic weighting interval and analyzed the formation and stability of the “short block voussoir beam” and obtained that the “short block voussoir beam” structure instability is key reason to drastic strata-pressure behavior. We obtained data of the support and the degree of side fall roof by arranging stations at the 8th, 36th, 92nd, and 120th. The data analysis results show that the first weighting interval of roof is 30.16m and the periodic weighting interval is 10.72m, which are accord with the theoretical value. During the roof weighting the powered supports would have high working resistance at the middle and upper part of the coal mining face and the supports located in the rest area have low working resistance. Besides, the necessary supporting strength of 51101 fully-mechanized face is 0.74MPa, the supporting strength of ZYG10800/19/38D type hydraulic powered support is 1.097~1.26MPa, which could meet the requirements of fully mechanized face with the soft-weak roof.
